When I first asked Hannah and David to model for me, I had a concept in mind and I wanted to shoot at the Eugene Public Library. I also wanted to shoot outside but the weather was not very promising. We had a high chance of rain, which is always the case here in Eugene. I went down town to scout the place for some covered areas just in case it did rain. While scouting the area I came a cross The Smith’s Family Book Store. I totally forgot they had a store on that side of town. I went in and asked the owner if I could shoot there. They were more than willing and I am so glad we ended up there. The book store provided a different atmosphere, it was more nostalgic. If you are from Eugene or just visiting and love to read, you need to check out The Smith Family Book Store. They are a family owned business and they have been buying and selling used books for over 35 years!
