Can I just start by saying I love this girl! I have not seen or spoken to Jacquie since she was about three years old. I still remember her pigtails and glasses! My my my, I can’t believe how much she has grown and how beautiful she is….I mean truly beautiful inside and out! Jacquie surprised us this past December and visited us for the holidays. She was only suppose to stay for about six days and on the day before she was schedule to leave we did a prompt photo shoot at 5th Street Market, one of my favorite places in Eugene.
Well, Jacquie didn’t make it back home after all, instead she decide to pack her suit case and jump on board on a journey with me to Mexico for a month. I love her spontaneity! I was truly blessed for the opportunity to travel with my cousin Jacquie. She was God sent and made my trip more memorable. Can’t go into the details of everything with did in Guachinango, because first it would take me FOREVER to write about it and second somethings where just meant for Jacquie and I. However, I can tell you that she is a fun person to travel with. She is witty, carefree, down to earth person, and always brightens up a place. I think I might just have to adopt her and keep her.
Jacquie, I am so blessed to have you in my life. You are special gift from God. The future is yours, go after your dreams and make something big. Don’t look back and don’t let fear get in the way of pursuing your goals and dreams! Oh and don’t forget to always dream big! I love you!
“Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous? Actually, who are you not to be? You are a child of God. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won’t feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine, as children do. We were born to make manifest the glory of God that is within us. It’s not just in some of us; it’s in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others.”
