Puerto Vallarta Engament Session and Puerto Vallarta Destination wedding Destination Photographer.
I can’t believe it’s been over a month since my last blog. These last few weeks have been extremely busy for me with a trip to Santa Barbara for the United 2014 Conference, The Rocked Bridal Event at the Nine’s and a trip to Mexico to photograph a Puerto Vallarta destination wedding and Guadalajara destination wedding.
However, I can’t complain because while my Santa Barbara and Mexico trip where business trips I did allow myself to enjoy life, family and the love of my life, which I will share with you at a later time.
I know I say it a lot, but I really mean it when I say I am truly blessed with my job! And yes, if I can completely be honest, there are aspects of my job that I would rather do without….the business part of it…ha! But when I use my camera and the gifts that God has given me to document love. To freeze a moment in time. When I am entrusted to capture and document stories for proof that they happened. When I create family heirlooms to be cherished by future generations. When I am reminded time after time that I just don’t take photos, that what I do really matters, my heart overflows with contentment and joy and I forget about everything else.
My trip to Mexico was all about Enrique and Evelyn. Curt and I had the honor to photograph their wedding. The first part of the wedding, the civil wedding, was in Puerto Vallarta and the religious wedding, was in Guadalajara. We had so much fun hanging out with these two for a week and getting to know them more. Their love not only for each other but for life and God is contagious. I know Enrique and Evelyn and their families are anxious to see the wedding images but before I share those, I wanted to share their engagement session. And I must warn your I got a little crazy posting images…..but you will understand why as you scroll down. How I could I leave some of these images out?
The first part of the engagement session was at Puerto Vallarta’s Malecon (boardwalk). The Malecon is the heart and soul of Puerto Vallarta. Lost to see and do.
Oh yes, the famous seahorse! After the Malecon session, Enrique drove us to this beautiful beach.I absolutely love these two and their playful spirt!Hands down my favorite! Thanks of stopping by. As always I love to hear from you and I appreciate your comments!
