I have been swamped lately with keeping things together. This is the time of year that all the behinds the scenes of my business happens and I tend to wear too many hats. It is also my least favorite. I am creative at heart and being in front of a computer doing administrative stuff is not my thing. I would rather be out doors playing and creating magic. However my hard work is paying off and it has been extremely pleasant and rewarding to accomplish tasks and cross them off from my to do list. It helps that I am taking a coaching class and each month I am rewarded when I attain my goals…that is an incentive on it’s own. We have about 10 photographers in my coaching class from all across the country and while we don’t compete against each other, it’s a very friendly and supportive group, I don’t like when I come third or fourth. I am determined on seeing my name on top of the list. Nothing like being a little competitive!!!!!
I have also been busy meeting with prospect wedding couples and we are on the last week of the LGP Street Model search. If you are Class of 2018 and have not applied, what are you waiting for??? You can click here to apply.
I normally don’t blog on Saturdays but here I am. I am actually a day late since I mentioned on Instagram and Facebook that Selena’s senior session would go live yesterday. And since I am trying to achieve all my goals for this week, here I am, very early in the morning to bring you this gorgeous lady.
I have been loving this senior sessions of Selena! Selena is one of my 2017 Models from Springfield High. Selena is charming, quiet, adorable and totally rocked her urban style senior session! She wanted a bit of urban appeal and something that truly reflected her personality. I absolutely love shooting in downtown Eugene. It is by far one of my favorite places to photograph…it never disappoints me!! Downtown offers a variety of backdrops…from cool concrete stairs, ginormous glass windows, greenery, city rooftop views, and cool brick walls. I loved walking around downtown talking and laughing with Selena and her Momma, Kim.
Happy Saturday!!! And Don’t forget to leave Selena some love on the comment section below.
