I like that we have seasons in the pacific northwest.  Fall is by far my favorite time of year.  I love the cool, crisp mornings,  getting in my car and going for  scenic drives.  We have some beautiful places here in Eugene but my favorite scenic route is up the McKenzie River.  It’s deciduous tress with their gorgeous  autumn colors are picture perfect.  Another thing I love about fall in the pacific northwest is pumpkin patches.  One of my favorite is Thistledown Pumpkin Patch in Junction City.  Besides having an awesome pumpkin patch, they also have a corn maze, and a little store that sales locally grown fruits and vegetables.
