Amanda and Zach’s beautiful Zenith Vineyard Wedding. I was so blessed to be their photographer for their special occasion. Zach and Amanda are two of the nicest, laid back, down to earth, people I’ve met. They shared their story with me and how they met over dinner one day after their engagement session. The two of them met at La Grande while both of them where going to college at Eastern Oregon University. Friends invited them to a bonfire and even though they hardly spoke to each other, three years later, Zach proposed to Amanda at the Eiffel Tower in Las Vegas. You don’t need to spend much time with these two to know they were meant for each other.

I truly enjoyed photographing Zach and Amanda’s Zenith Vineyard wedding, meeting family and friends, and hearing more stories about the two of them. This wedding was not just about honoring the bride and groom but it was also about honoring family and their legacy. These two families that are now one have a strong bond and it was evident throughout the day. Lots of joyful tears and yes, even some bittersweet ones as they honored Zach’s mom, Debbie, who is no longer with them. Most of the time I leave weddings extremely exhausted, as I should. Zach and Amanda’s wedding was a little different though. I left not only exhausted but refreshed! The love at this wedding was energizing.
