I love the warm weather but fall is by far my favorite time of year! It is also one of my favorite seasons to photograph. The Pacific Northwest natural beauty is spectacular. I love it when Oregon’s lush green wonderland transforms into something even more splendid. The brilliant reds and golds and every shade between make for a dynamic backdrop for a photo session. When I got together with Cassie and her mom to talk about locations for senior pictures, Cassie really wanted to to some pictures with an urban feel but also wanted to take advantage of the beautiful natural scenery we have. Cassie and her mom, Cyndi, came all prepared with props and all. I love when my clients incorporate props into their photo sessions. Especially if it’s something personal or something that has a story. In this case the wicker basket that Cassie used for her senior session was made by her grandfather. Cassie also brought some great outfits for her shoot that showed off her great style. Each piece she wore gave her a different look, which is always a great way to showcase her true personality.
