There is still a lot of snow on the ground from the storm we had earlier this week. So I thought this would be a perfect time for me to blog about this beautiful Brittany Hill by Wedgewood Weddings of Chelsea and Mike.
We started our day at Majestic View Park. Chelsea and Mike wanted to take advantage of the snow and had their first look at the park as well as some of their formal pictures. I am so proud of Chelsea and Mike on how well they did braving the cold weather. It didn’t even phase them. Meanwhile, Angie and I were all bundled up taking while their pictures.
After their first look and formal portraits, we went to Brittany Hills by Wedgewood Weddings for their ceremony and reception. Chelsea and Mike also did a first look with their family and close friends. It was so special to witness their excitement. However, my favorite part of the wedding was the special touch the bride and groom incorporated into their wedding. They had married family and friends write them love notes with things they’ve learned through the years of them being married and the best advice they could give to the new bride and groom. The cards were collected during the ceremony and put in a special wooden box. Each card had the couples anniversary date on the outside for the newly weds to open when they reach that specific years’ anniversary number.
I love shooting weddings any time I can. I want to take the time to thank Angie with Angela Amen Photography for inviting me to photograph this winter beautiful wedding with her.
