I’m so excited to spotlight this Colorado Real Estate Broker personal brand photo session featuring my friend Tracie from Bleu Pebble Homes at KW Reality LLC. Katie and I met a few months ago at a local network event here in Denver. I think it’s fair to say that if we didn’t have other commitments the first day we met for coffee, we could have spent the entire day talking about life, our love for Colorado, and our passion for dogs.

I love stories. What’s your story?
I am from the east coast and moved here to Denver almost 7 years ago in 2016! I grew up in Philadelphia and also lived in DC, and Baltimore, as well. I started working when I was 14 years old, so I’m definitely a hustler! I’ve always worked in some form of client facing role, ranging from the service industry to corporate sales, market and public/media relations. I absolutely love Colorado and the outdoor activities this beautiful state offers. I’m passionate about traveling, music, helping others and giving back to the community as much as I can.
Tell me about your business?
I love helping people and creating a personalized experience for each client. I love problem solving! I am happy to have a conversation interested in buying, selling or investing in real estate. I love serving veterans and active duty members, along with empowering women in building wealth in real estate.
As entrepreneurs we face a lot of challenges. What has been your biggest challenge?
My biggest challenge is saying “no!” I think big and have large goals and dreams. I really want to do it all, so it’s hard saying no! I’ve recently read a book that has really helped me to slow down and think before committing to anything, I should be saying no much more than saying yes. 🙂
What has been your biggest accomplishment in your business?
I quadrupled my business in 2022 from 2021!
What’s one thing you learned about yourself as an entrepreneur?
I was meant to be an entrepreneur! I don’t think I could work for anyone again ha!

What advice would you give a first time home buyer?
It’s not as hard as you think. Each experience is personal and not cookie cutter. There are so many options for 1st time home buyers, and we’ll begin seeing more opportunities as the market changes. Many first time home buyers go through the process, and realize they could have purchased way sooner.
What’s your favorite thing to do in Colorado?
Being outdoors all year! The sunshine allows for us to experience the outdoors all year long.
Share a fun fact about yourself?
I love music and can play several instruments including saxophone, guitar, piano. I’ve done some singing in my day, as well!
Do you have a favorite mantra or quote?
Not to compare myself to others. We’re all in different places in life and have dealt with different experiences. Live life, no regrets, give grace.
Anything else you want to share with my audience?
I’m also a board member for a non-profit helping homeless pets in Colorado, another huge part of my business and mission! Thanks for your time!
