I know mother’s day is not till this coming Sunday, the 13th, but today I am going with the Mexican tradition. In Mexico, mother’s day is always celebrated on May 10th. So today, I want to honor my beautiful mom, Catalina. What makes my mom special besides being my mom?  The simple fact that she give birth to eight children and did not go insane! She is an amazing woman and one of the hardest working people I know.  Some of the many qualities I love about my mom is her heart to serve the ones in need and her faith in God.  Feliz dia de las madres, mama! La quiero mucho!
