Earlier this year we had one of the craziest snow storms here in Eugene. We don’t get much snow in the valley and specially not like this! I missed photographing in the snow last December because I was sick and I was not about to let this opportunity pass me by without photographing again. I called Rian the night before to see if she wanted to model for me. We met the next day without a real plan. I didn’t want to make this big as it had been snowing all day the day before and the roads where covered with snow. I was just grateful that her mom, Sarah could drive her at the ideal location to photograph her. As you can imagine, it was super cold and the snow kept coming. I don’t think it ever stopped snowing that day. Rian was such a trooper. She braved the cold weather with class and elegance and made this session super fun.
