When Kenbry’on (KB as she likes to be called) chose Smith Rock State Park for her photo shoot, I was all in! Smith Rock is one of my favorite places to photograph in Oregon. No matter what time of year you visit, this place never disappoints and always delivers. Smith Rock offers a variety of picturesque locations that lend themselves for perfect backdrops for a portrait session. I never get tired of this place! If you have never visited Smith Rock State Park, you need to add it to the list. The pictures alone don’t do it justice. Smith Rock must be seen in person.

The inspiration for this Smith Rock portrait session was the beautiful jewelry that was gifted to Curt and I by the Maasai people on our trip to Kenya a few years ago. I have been waiting a long time to have someone model this jewelry for me. I found the dress at Zara and I thought it was perfect to wear with the jewelry. What do you think?
